The Bus Driver is responsible for the safe transport of inmate employees from & to the Stockton Correctional Facility to & from the Hess Services Inc. North Plant on 230th Avenue and back.
You will do tasks and duties related to that primary function. This includes vehicle inspections daily so as to make sure the vehicle will be serviceable and safe. You will interact frequently with our mechanics to make sure the vehicles are maintained properly. Any logs that need to be kept for this is also part of the job. Other duties as required too.
This is generally a part time opportunity that works in the early morning or late afternoon. There may also be some day time hours available in between the morning and late afternoon runs on occasion. You must be able to pass a Department of Corrections background check and have the appropriate commercial license and endorsements.
This would be ideal for someone who drives bus for the local school districts who is looking for some extra income!
