Position Description: The position involves specialized administrative responsibilities and provides assistance to the Director of FHSU Online and the staff of FHSU Online. Duties include acting as a liaison, office management, customer service, student supervision, and day-to-day operational duties. A successful candidate must have the ability to work independently or in teams, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be highly detailed and organized. A position at this level in expected to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and maintain security and confidentiality of office documents, records, and information.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalency and two years of office experience or two years of post-secondary education.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Experience working in a higher education setting
· Outstanding written communication skills
· Two or more years of professional experience in an office setting
· Experience with scheduling and meeting management
· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience related to expense reimbursement and employee travel
· Workday experience
· Supervisory experience
Appointment Date: The start date will be determined after acceptance of an offer and successful completion of a background check.

Salary: $15.06 per hour, plus benefits
Responsibilities May Include:
· Maintain an organized system of data to be shared with the director and/or others
· Maintain department budget by overseeing accounts and purchasing for the office
· Assist the AVP and Transfer and Military Center with purchasing and budget
· Non-credit and concurrent course administration
· Coordinate special events for FHSU Online
· Support the FHSU Online staff as needed
· Maintain promotional item inventory and order office supplies
· Responsible for day-to-day phone duties for FHSU Online
· Plan travel arrangements and prepare travel reimbursements for FHSU Online, AVP, and the Transfer and Military Center
· Maintain out of state authorization membership
· Accounts payable and credit card verifications
· Coordinate communication between FHSU Online and other departments
· Supervise student workers
