We are in search of a diagnostic technician who uses the diagnostic trouble codes from a vehicle as a guide to test and confirm which part has failed. WHO ARE YOU?
You’re driven to be the best tech anywhere. You’re a technician with at least 5 years experience and valid driver's license. When it comes to electrical diagnosis and repairs, you’re extremely confident that you can handle whatever rolls through the door. You are comfortable using scan tools, not code readers. If you aren't familiar with a particular system or circuit, you’re able to quickly learn, understand and adapt. You’re meticulous in your work making sure every harness is where it belongs, and every bolt is installed. You have a positive can-do attitude. When people come to you for help, you're happy to assist!

My name is Candice Beuttenmuller, along with my husband Jesse, I own TJ’s Alignment and Repair, The Best Darn Shop in Town. I’ve seen technicians working for shops that didn’t provide training but still expected you to fix the current technology, and all the shop cared about was billing hours, not the technicians or the clients.
