 Job Brief

Sunflower Electric is seeking a remote Organizational Development Intern to assist the Organizational Development and Human Resources departments.

Assist the Organizational Development and Human Resources departments with a variety of projects including employee development and company-wide training initiatives. Additional projects will include assisting both departments with document organization and maintenance.

Top Qualifications

  • Junior or senior in pursuit of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, organizational leadership or related field.
  • General understanding of training and organizational development fundamentals. 
  • Self-starter that can work independently and with little direction/oversight. 
  • Quick learner and able to apply new skills immediately.
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Outgoing personality and able to work with various types of employees.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of all types of information.
