Barton Community College is seeking a replacement 10 month full-time Instructor & Coordinator for its Medical Support Programs. Programs include Medical Assistant, Medical Coding and Medical Administrative Technology. Applicants should possess an associate degree with instruction in educational techniques, work experience in these area(s), postsecondary and/or technical education teaching experience, a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant credential or willing to become credentialed, and a minimum of three years experience in healthcare with 40 hours in ambulatory healthcare performing or observing administrative/clinical procedures. The Instructor/Coordinator will manage programs, teach clinical and administrative coursework in varying formats and locations, assist with marketing-recruitment activities, develop and sustain industry partnerships, advise students.
