Cross is seeking a Shipper at our Hays, KS manufacturing facility.
Job Responsibilities:
The Shipper is responsible for safely picking orders, filling pick slips, packaging, shipping, completing shipping documentation, and invoicing products according to customer specifications to achieve consistent customer satisfaction. The position safely operates a forklift, reads and follows shipping instructions, and loads and unloads trucks.
Requirements:
A successful candidate is highly motivated with shipping and packaging knowledge and experience. The candidate is detail-oriented, works well as part of a team, displays a sense of urgency and follows directions. The applicant must be a dependable, motivated producer, and support the Guiding Principles of Cross.
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related experience preferred
- Basic computer operation experience
- Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
