Job Description: Legal Assistant will assist in secretarial tasks and tasks specific to the legal field, answering phones, and scheduling, managing firm calendars, preparing emails and documents.
Responsibilities: Draft legal documents, filing case documents, communicating with other attorney’s office and potential clients over phone, email or in person. Send faxes and making copies, opening files, preparing files for attorney use in court.
Job Type: Full-Time position, Mon.-Fri. 8:45AM-5:00 PM

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, legal secretary experience preferred but not required. Spanish speaking a plus, but not required.
Skills: Organization and strong ability to multitask, Interpersonal skills for effective communication, written communication, ability to focus on detail, technology skills (Word, Excel, QuickBooks, etc.)
