The City of Russell is seeking professional and community-oriented individuals for a full-time Water/Wastewater Maintenance Worker.

This position includes maintenance/repair of the City’s vital Water Distribution and Wastewater Systems. The employee will be provided on-the-job training with opportunities for certification and continuing education. Applicant must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. and have a valid Driver’s License with the ability to obtain a Class B Commercial Driver’s License with Air Brakes. Applicants must also establish residency in Russell County 6 months from hire date. Pre- employment drug screening and job placement assessment are required.
