South Area Personnel- LaCrosse/McCracken

Midland Marketing COOP has been serving the communities in west central Kansas since 1915. We are looking for a full time employee to join our team in the Lacrosse and McCracken area. This position will require work across multiple departments including Grain, Agronomy, and Feed. 

Job Duties

·         Receiving and shipping grain.

·         Monitoring stored grain.

·         Maintaining and cleaning grain facilities. 

·         Assist in the feed mill.

·         Operate company equipment.

·         Handle fertilizer and chemical.

·          Help customers with purchases.

·         Enter tickets, payments, and bill out products.

·         Tracking inventory.

·         Writing grain checks and verify tickets.

·         Operate a spray rig when needed (This is a plus, but not necessary) 

*Willing to train right person.

Qualifications

·         CDL preferred, ability to get a CDL required.

·         Experience in grain handling preferred.

·         Experience operating company equipment including, but not limited to, semi-trucks, spray rigs, and forklifts. 

·         Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

·         Proficiency in using office technologies. 

·         Provide a positive customer service experience in-person, and over the phone. 

·         Highly organized.

·         Strong communication skills.

·         Ability to work 40+ hours a week, with some Saturdays. 

·         Have reliable transportation to and from work.

·         Ability to work in teams, and independently.
