Salary: $13.00 /hour
Benefits available after 90 days for FT employees (35 HRS +)
Requirements:
· At LEAST one year of actual Call Center experience, working with an automatic dialer, and call scripting, along with knowledge of the Inbound environment is REQUIRED FOR REMOTE CANDIDATES- NO EXCEPTIONS
· Clear, professional, and friendly voice
· High-Level People Skills, Active Listening Skills, and Strong Communication Skills
· Outstanding attendance and punctuality
· Reliable transportation
· Sales experience is preferred
· High School diploma or GED
· Basic Computer Skills are a must
General Duties Include:
· Typing
· Data capture and entry
· Upselling products and services
· Quickly switching between campaigns and dialers
· Maintaining a working knowledge of campaign products, services and promotions
Valued but Not Required Skills and Experience:
· One year or more previous high-volume Contact Center experience
· Experience in an outbound environment
· Sitting for long periods of time
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Working at a desk for long periods of time
For remote work you must have high speed internet, a pc/laptop with Windows 10, (Apple/Mac and Chromebooks are not allowed), and USB connected headphones with microphone and mute button.
You must also have a quiet place to work, free from distractions, including pets & children.
