Job Summary:
Supervise individuals served employed on work contracts: yard crew, snow removal, and moving crew. Provide training on basic skills, ensure work behaviors are appropriate for the business atmosphere and assist in the completion of contracts. Responsible for the quality of work performed. Assist in establishing productive and quality standards for each contract and/or production area. The treatment of persons served with dignity and respect is a prime responsibility.
Education - High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience - Prior personal or job related exposure to people with developmental disabilities or background related to contract needs preferred.
