Responsibilities:
- Building comprehensive fundraising program
- Stewarding donors, providing strategies for prospects
- Growing annual fund efforts
- Working with Foundation Board to establish event and campaign-based fundraising strategies, policies and plans
- Strategizing community sources of funding through grants and corporations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in financial management, marketing, public relations, or a closely related field preferred
- Deep respect for, and ability to articulate, the mission and core values
- Experience in the development, formulating and executing successful fundraising plans
- Ability to cultivate, solicit, and steward leadership gifts
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-driven and motivated
- Public service experience
