Seasonal Full Time (March to September 2021)
Working closely with the Maintenance Director and Maintenance Coordinator
Maintain clean and professional exterior appearance of community - maintain signage, repair or replace fencing, clean roadways, remove weeds, pick up trash, clean gutter and remove debris from vacant lots, fertilize and prune vegetation.
Maintain and repair equipment including mowers, chainsaw, weed eater and blower.
Working knowledge of and ability to use and care for standard tools, materials, methods and practices involved in grounds and building maintenance.
Ability to safely and correctly use hand tools.
Strong communication skills required.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress environment.
Requirements:
Ability to be flexible with hours Monday through Friday
Must have clean MVR, Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
