SER SCSEP is committed to improving the quality of life for low-income, financially eligible seniors by assigning them to temporary subsidized training and assisting them in their search for unsubsidized jobs. Although this is a paid training program its main objective is employment by providing the participant training to gain new skills, updating skills and experiences to meet their goal of employment.
