Sunflower Electric Power Corporation, a generation and transmission utility serving Kansans, is seeking a Production Supervisor in Great Bend, KS for our gas-fired units in Great Bend and Clifton! As the production supervisor at these facilities, you will help ensure that the units operate in a safe, reliable, and efficient way while running. In addition to supervising the operations and maintenance at these facilities, you will also have the opportunity to help train, develop, and mentor plant technicians. This job offers constant variety and a wonderful opportunity to travel Sunflower's service territory.

Qualifications
- High school diploma and six years of gas power plant operations experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Industrial mechanical, electric, or instrument and controls experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience within the utility industry is preferred.
