Eagle Media is looking for a Marketing Consultant to join our Hays team. This is a unique opportunity: you’ll be stepping into an established, successful client list, built over decades, with time to train alongside an experienced Marketing Consultant before taking over those relationships.
Eagle Media can teach you broadcast radio. We can teach you about marketing messages and writing copy. We can teach you how to build a successful marketing campaign.
What we can’t teach you is personality, integrity, work ethic, curiosity and the genuine desire to help local businesses and organizations succeed.
That’s what we’re looking for.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with local business owners and local decision-makers to understand their organizations marketing needs. Identifying opportunities and developing marketing strategies that help them grow.
You’ll represent Eagle Media’s full portfolio of marketing solutions, including:
§ Five local radio stations
§ Hays Post
§ Streaming Audio
§ Connected TV/OTT
§ Video
§ Social and targeted digital marketing
§ Websites
§ Sponsorships, promotions and community events.
This position is not simply selling “commercials”. It’s about building relationships, solving problems, and becoming a trusted marketing resource for local businesses.
You’ll inherit a strong existing client base, but you’ll also be expected to grow it by developing new relationships, prospecting and finding opportunities.

Sales or marketing experience is helpful, but not required. Reliable transportation required.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a commission-based sales position, which means your income is directly connected to the business you build and grow.
$30,000-$40,000 guarantee/draw plus uncapped commission potential, along with a competitive benefits package, including:
