Sunflower, a generation and transmission cooperative serving Kansans, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator or Specialist to join their HR team in either Hays or Great Bend, KS. You’ll lead company-wide recruitment and staffing, ensuring ongoing development of new methods to attract talent are successful. You’ll also assist with employee relations, performance management, compliance, and other HR responsibilities.
Opportunities:
- Lead the recruitment program and meet new candidates to staff Sunflower with the best talent!
- Network with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media contacts, and employees to build a pool of candidates.
- Work with supervisors to learn about a variety of different jobs to assist in finding the best candidates.

Top Qualifications:
- Talent Acquisition Administrator - Bachelor degree in human resources, management, business administration, training and development, leadership, marketing, communication or a related area and four years professional human resources, business and/or marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Talent Acquisition Specialist - Bachelor degree in human resources, management, business administration, training and development, leadership, marketing, communication or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral communication skills and presentation skills.
- High standards of personal integrity and ability to preserve confidentiality.
- Professional maturity and judgment, tact, and discretion in balancing the interests of Sunflower and employees.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
- Human Resources Certification preferred.
