Insurance Sales Agent – Full or Part -Time

We’re looking for a driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This is a sales position with unlimited earning potential—perfect for self-motivated individuals who excel in a sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
Present policy options clearly and professionally
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support
Meet sales targets and stay informed on product offerings and regulations

Qualifications

Insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
Active state insurance license or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Compensation

Commission - only with no cap on earnings
Minimum commission available based on monthly sales target
Multiple bonus opportunities per year
