Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital - Respiratory Care department is looking for a PRN  Sleep Tech


  • RESPONSIBILITIES


  • ·      Conduct overnight sleep studies and monitor patients during procedures.


  • ·      Calibrate sleep study equipment.


  • ·      Collect and analyze data to ensure accurate results.


  • ·      Maintain accurate records and documentation of sleep studies and patient interactions.


  • ·      Ensure a clean and safe environment in the sleep lab.


  • ·      Stay current with best practices in sleep medicine and technology.

  • QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS


  • ·      High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in Polysomnography, CRT, RRT, or has completed the Accredited Sleep Technologist Education Program


  • ·      Current certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technician (RPSGT) or Sleep Disorders Specialist (SDS) is preferred.


  • ·      Previous experience in a sleep lab or healthcare setting is a plus.


  • ·      Knowledge of sleep disorders and sleep study procedures.


  • ·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • ·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • ·      Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
