*We are looking to add to our wonderful front desk support team. We focus on client experience by offering exceptional customer service to every guest, every time. We also provide retail solutions for our guests by educating them on proper take home products to fit their needs. Opportunities for personal and professional development here are endless. Part time opportunities available with the possibility of Full Time.
*Responsibilities include:
-Answering phones and booking appointments
-Scheduling client appointments
-Organizing retail space and ensuring it is kept tidy
-Light housekeeping duties such as helping team fold laundry, sweeping etc
-Pay is based on experience.
*Ideal Candidate:
-Must be willing to learn and operate with a growth mindset
-Customer service experience-phone skills
-Must be detail oriented
-Thrive in a fast paced team environment
-Passionate about helping other people
-Schedule would typically be:
Tuesday-2:00pm-6:30pm
Wednesday- 3:00pm-8:15pm
Friday- 1:00pm-5:30pm
Saturday- 11:30am-3:30pm
