NCK Tech is seeking applicants for a full-time Administrative Assistant for the Hays campus. Position is responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure timely and efficient office operations.
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- Two years of college-level course work in a related field is preferred
- Two years’ experience in a position providing administrative support
- Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Customer service skills
- Scheduling, record-keeping, and online calendar skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, administration, and visitors
