Location: Hays, Kansas
Salary: $49,157 annually
Job Type: Full-Time 

What You’ll Do: 

As a CCBHC Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Program. Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Programs, you’ll spearhead initiatives, foster collaboration, and ensure our services meet and exceed CCBHC criteria. This is your chance to bring your leadership skills and passion for quality care to the forefront while making a real impact on our community. 

As the CCBHC Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Planning & Implementation: Drive the planning, implementation, and evaluation of CCBHC services to ensure they meet established standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to integrate clinical, medical, and community-based services.
  • Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI): Lead the CCBHC CQI process to enhance the program’s effectiveness and ensure continuous growth.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Oversee data management, analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Staff Coaching & Development: Provide coaching, training, and development for CCBHC staff to ensure high-quality services and continuous professional growth.
  • Leadership Participation: Engage in agency leadership discussions to identify and address operational challenges and improve service delivery.

Qualifications: 
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human services. A combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, experience working with individuals facing severe mental illness or emotional disturbances, and the ability to thrive in dynamic human services environments.
  • Technology: Proficiency with computers, software applications, and related tools. A commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability in utilizing technology is essential.
  • Screenings: Must pass background checks (KBI, DCF Child Abuse, Adult Abuse Registry, and motor vehicle screens).
