We're seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our 2nd or 3rd shift team in Hays, KS. If you enjoy working with equipment, producing quality parts, and being part of a team, we'd like to hear from you. Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.
What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment and/or CNC equipment safely and efficiently
- Produce parts that meet quality and customer specifications
- Perform inspections and basic measurements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Manufacturing or machine operation/CNC machining experience
- Mechanical or technical background
- Experience using measuring tools and equipment
