We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our crew. You’ll be doing residential and light commercial service calls, repairs, maintenance, and system change-outs.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems
· Work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
· Do system change-outs, replacements, and new installs
· Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
· Check system performance and make efficiency recommendations
· Communicate clearly with customers about repair options and costs
· Keep accurate service records and follow safety standards
What You’ll Need
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· At least 1 year of experience in HVAC service and repair (residential or commercial)
· Good attitude and solid work ethic
· Ability to work independently and stay organized
· EPA Certification
· Live within a 1-mile radius of the city limits of Hays
