Reports to: Dean of Instruction
Status: Full Time
FLSA Status: Exempt

Purpose
A positive and friendly individual responsible for working directly with the Dean of Instruction and Faculty on the Hays campus. 
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in teaching, preferably higher education
  • Experience with educational technology
  • Supervisory skills
  • Positive leadership skills
  • Good oral/verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred

Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to               stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and                   telephone
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due       to computer work
  • Periodic day travel required
  • Indoors, environmentally controlled
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal
  • Occasional stress due to deadlines
 
Job Duties
Essential Functions
  • Working directly with the Dean of Instruction
  • Develop Instructional Material
  • Coordinate Educational Content
  • Assist Faculty
  • Supervise Faculty on the Hays Campus
  • Other duties as assigned by the President or his designee
 
Compensation
  • 12 Month Position
  • Compensation based on experience
  • Vacation per NCK Tech policy
  • Sick leave per NCK Tech policy
  • Medical Benefits Package
