Then join our hometown team as a Customer Care Representative and have the opportunity to work closely with our customers and provide them with an enjoyable NTW experience!
We are seeking customer-oriented candidates to:
Receive calls, chats, and emails from customers and assist them with product and service questions and billing inquiries
Collaborate with other departments to resolve product and service issues for customers
Assist sales associates with service and account issues
Follow up with customers to ensure continued customer satisfaction
Maintain a proficient knowledge of products and services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
One year of customer service, call center experience, or equivalent work experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
