SIGN ON BONUS - $7,500! Gove County Medical Center is hiring a full-time ACUTE CARE DISCHARGE PLANNER.  This position will provide appropriate and timely discharge planning from the hospital, arrangement for follow-up health care, assess financial resources available to patients, and make referrals to appropriate community resources as necessary.  To be considered for this position you must have a state of Kansas RN license in good standing.  Position schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts.
