We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join us as a Sales & Growth Specialist.
This is a 100% commission-only role, which means your earning potential is entirely in your hands. You will work directly with the founder, gaining mentorship in high-level sales and marketing strategy while earning a significant percentage of every deal you close.
Your Day-to-Day
Prospecting: Identify and reach out to small-to-medium businesses in Kansas that need PR, branding, or digital marketing support.
Consultative Selling: Meet with business owners to understand their pain points and present our service packages as the solution.
Networking: Represent the agency at local events and through digital platforms like LinkedIn to build a pipeline.
Closing: Manage the sales cycle from the first "hello" to the signed contract.
