North Central Kansas Technical College is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper/Custodian for the Maintenance department on the Beloit Campus.
This person must be dependable and a self-starting individual. The groundskeeper duties include general lawn care, mowing, edging, landscaping and trimming of trees. Spraying, fertilizing, watering; general repairs of maintenance & equipment of the sprinkler system. The custodian duties include; trash removal and cleaning of classrooms, offices, break areas, conference rooms, restrooms, windows and doors and building entry areas. Carpet cleaning, floor striping and waxing. Set-up and take down of tables and chairs for events. Maintenance and repair of Custodial equipment.
