Our Graphic Designer will develop concepts and designs for all media platforms for Nex-Tech Wireless, which may include print, digital, social media, and interactive media. This role is highly creative but will also utilize data analytics to make necessary changes to increase effectiveness. We believe in team collaboration, so our Graphic Designer will be engaged with many internal teams to assist in developing new product offers.
This position is based in Hays, Kansas. Option for partial remote schedule flexibility after training is complete.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a business-related field or the equivalent, or two years of professional Marketing experience creating content in a collaborative environment.
- Experience managing deadlines, working with vendors, and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment where ambiguity, pivots, and short turnaround schedules are the norm.
- Ideal candidate is self-motivated, resourceful, and detail oriented.
- Graphic Tools: Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other design tools for designing content.
