The Assistant Vice President(AVP), Branch Services oversees the daily operations of the branch facility in accordance with established policies and procedures and provides financial services to members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule, supervise and direct the daily activities of assigned staff.
Provide a variety of new account and transaction services to members.
Recommend candidates for positions of employment within branch facilities and participate in employment decisions of assigned staff.
Direct and monitor performance of staff and conduct performance evaluations.
Direct training in newly hires staff. Provide professional and career development training for assigned staff.
Monitoring and ensuring branch activities are compliant with established policies, procedures and regulations.
Experience:
Three years of similar or related experience
College Degree, preferred
Supervisory Experience
Demonstrate knowledge in management of a financial institution
