We are hiring a full-time Working Supervisor to oversee individuals in contracts such as yard crew, snow removal, and moving crew. Responsibilities include training on essential skills, maintaining quality of work, and ensuring appropriate workplace behaviors.
Essential Functions
- Perform job duties for quality control and production flow.
- Supervise and support individuals in their work tasks.
- Follow individual teaching plans and maintain required data.
- Arrange transportation for the work crew and create schedules that meet contract requirements.
- Ensure that the rights of individuals are respected.
- Attend required training and meetings.
- Complete paperwork in a timely manner.
- Assist in quality control checks and maintain inventory.
- Operate equipment safely and implement risk management plans.
- Apply crisis intervention strategies as needed.
- Represent the organization professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Conduct classes on job readiness, safety, and skill development.
HIPAA Compliance
Maintain confidentiality of all Protected Health Information (PHI) and electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI).
Job Specifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: None required, but experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Physical Requirements: Must lift 50 lbs unassisted and be capable of emergency evacuations and applying behavior management techniques.

- A valid driver's license.
