Rush County Memorial Hospital is seeking a Lab Courier. This position is perfect for someone who is looking to earn some extra cash. Candidate must be available as needed for transports Monday-Friday 5pm-7am and 24-hour availability Saturday and Sunday. Rotating weeks is possible. This will be paid as a weekly flat rate plus mileage.

Qualifications:

Must have a Valid Driver's License
Must be at least 18 years old
Very punctual with strong time management skills
Dependable vehicle

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens and lab supplies
The hours may vary based on business need and/or the request(s)
Complete pick up and delivery in a timely manner
Handle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient manner
Work directly with the lab technicians/nurses for additional pick-ups as needed
