Merchant Assistant/Customer Service Representative with Sunrise AgriBusiness Solutions, LLC has the primary responsibility to perform administrative accounting functions and handle routine duties for other professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assists with inquiries regarding deliveries, purchases and sales for Farm Direct Program
· Resolves customer issues; escalates complex issues to Manager as needed
· Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
· Administrative duties include but not limited to filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
· Answer phones and greet visitors
· Complete data entries and create spreadsheets
· Reconciling reports
