Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
Starting salary: $12.46 per hour

Essential Job Functions:
v Maintain a quiet and orderly environment for learning
v Take directions from supervising instructor
v Provide technical and instructional support to Learning Center students (ages 16-adult) in a variety of subjects
v Use programs such as Word, Power Point, Excel, FileMaker Pro, PowerSchool, KIDS, and Internet
v Utilize the computerized curriculum program (Edgenuity)
v Maintain student folders, grade keyed assignments and record scores
v Do clerical tasks such as filing, copying, answering the telephone and typing
v Be reliable
v Be tolerant of diversities (understand and appreciate learning and cultural differences)
v Model appropriate work skills and behaviors
v Other duties as deemed necessary
v Be responsible for securing work site when opening (turning on machines, turning on lights, unlocking doors, etc.)
v Be responsible for securing work site when closing (shutting off machines, turning off lights, locking doors, etc.)
Marginal Job Functions:
v Understand enrollment procedures
v Understand graduation procedures
v Maintain and operate audio-visual equipment
v Do light cleaning chores as needed (clean coffee pot, dust, vacuum chairs, clean sinks, tables, computers, disinfect, etc.)
Physical Requirements:
v Physically able to perform light cleaning tasks
v Physically able to lift items up to 20 lbs. in weight
v Physically able to move freely throughout a computer lab to assist learners
