DIRECTOR - BUILDINGS & GROUNDS
Education:
Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in engineering, business administration, public administration or a related field.
Qualifications:
Experience in facility management, construction trades, grounds and maintenance operations preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position.
Job Summary:
To direct all aspects of Buildings and Grounds to include facility management, construction efforts, long-term facility planning, and staffing initiatives for the Grand Forks Public School District. Implement school district policies, and carry out the directives of the Superintendent.
Terms of Employment: 260 Day Contract, as established by Director’s Negotiations Agreement (frequent irregular and extended work hours including weekends.
Salary - Negotiated at time of offer based upon education and experience.
