- Lead initiatives that build faculty community such as peer mentoring, communities of practice, faculty learning circles, cross-departmental collaborations.
- Design programming that connects faculty across colleges and disciplines—creating the bridging relationships through which new ideas travel.
- Foster environments where faculty can talk honestly about teaching: what’s working, what isn’t, what they’re trying, how to experiment.
- Support early-career faculty and those transitioning to new teaching modalities or developing market-responsive programs aligned with regional workforce needs.
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and develop TILT professional development staff, investing in their growth and modeling a collaborative culture.
- Lead annual planning for faculty development programming in alignment with Academic Affairs Priorities, the university strategic plan, and the Digital Master Plan.
