First Care Clinic is looking for a Full-Time LPN. Primary duties include:

  • Educating patients on preventative and chronic health care issues. 
  • Preparing patients for examination and assisting with procedures. 
  • Performing lab and diagnostic tests. 
  • Assisting with chronic care management calls.
