Sunflower, a non-for-profit electric utility in Kansas, is seeking a Generation Operations Coordinator in Holcomb, KS; being responsible for the effectiveness, accuracy, and consistency of operational guidelines and processes for all Sunflower generation facilities. This is a great opportunity to develop and accurately update Sunflower databases while working routinely alongside operations, supervision, and management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma and six years progressively responsible generation facility operations experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of main and auxiliary plant systems, equipment, processes, and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams, control schematics, as-built documents, vendor drawings, contact specifications, service agreements, and other documents.
