North Central Kansas Technical College seeks applicants for a full time, 12-month Student Success Coordinator. This position is responsible for creating and fostering an environment that is conducive to the success of each student on the Hays Campus.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as the site Coordinator for the Office of Student Success
Provide academic and student support services
Provide leadership and oversight for all programs pertaining to student success
Assist with interventions for student support
Collaborate with faculty to create and implement successful student success initiatives
Assist and coordinate services available through the Gateway program at FHSU
