North Central Kansas Technical College seeks applicants for a full time, 12-month Student Success Coordinator.  This position is responsible for creating and fostering an environment that is conducive to the success of each student on the Hays Campus.

Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the site Coordinator for the Office of Student Success
  • Provide academic and student support services
  • Provide leadership and oversight for all programs pertaining to student success
  • Assist with interventions for student support
  • Collaborate with faculty to create and implement successful student success initiatives
  • Assist and coordinate services available through the Gateway program at FHSU
