Clinic Medical Assistant - FT
The Medical Assistant will be responsible for patient care under the supervision of a physician or non-physician practitioner in collaboration with the Clinic Director. This position will provide patient care in the clinic setting and will apply skills that are professional, caring, and courteous at all times. The Medical Assistant will maintain regulatory requirements and clinic policies, procedures and standards in conjunction with the organizations mission, vision and values to ensure quality patient care.
To be a qualified candidate for this position, you will need the following:
· High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
· Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (MA) and/or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
· Prior clinic experience preferred.
· Current BLS certification within 60 days of hire.
