Location: Hays, Kansas
Salary: $61,748 annually 

Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) with a Kansas BSRB license in Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
  • Must possess or complete training to become a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) per Center policy.
  • Demonstrated competence through training and experience in performing job duties.

What You’ll Do:
As a Coordinator of SUD Services, you will play a key role in providing direct services, including evaluation, psychotherapy, and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups dealing with substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring behavioral health issues. Your leadership will also extend to:
  • Therapeutic Services: Deliver individual, marital, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of our patients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring coordinated care and case management.
  • Supervision: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to assigned program staff, fostering their growth and development.
  • Training & Development: Conduct orientation and ongoing training for clinical staff in diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation.
  • Program Oversight: Coordinate program services with the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) team and manage service delivery within the Substance Use Disorder Programs.
  • Community Engagement: Act as the agency’s point of contact for external referral agencies and contribute to our Consultation and Education Program.
