Clinic Medical Assistant - FT
The Medical Assistant is responsible for patient care under the supervision of a physician or non-physician practitioner in collaboration with the Clinic Director. This position will provide patient care in the clinic setting and will apply skills that are professional, caring, and courteous at all times. The Medical Assistant will maintain regulatory requirements and clinic policies, procedures and standards in conjunction with the organizations mission, vision and values to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
· Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (MA) and/or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
· Prior clinic experience preferred.
· Must be BLS certified within 60 days of hire.
