Looking for Something Different? At Nex-Tech Wireless, we’re always working to bring the latest technology to the communities we serve. Join our hometown team as a Human Resources Coordinator. This individual will assist with the day-to-day functions of the NTW Human Resources Department.
We are seeking candidates to:
· Recruit and hire new employees
· Work with new employees to complete onboarding and benefit enrollment paperwork
· Oversee employee training programs
· Assist with administration of employee benefit plans
· Maintain the human resources/payroll database
· Maintain confidential employee records, including electronic record scanning
· Assist with administration of the employee compensation plan and performance evaluation program
· Prepare paperwork for departing employees and conduct exit interviews
· Prepare responses to unemployment claims and employee verification requests
· Consult with managers and supervisors regarding employee disciplinary issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in human resource administration, business, a related field, or the equivalent
· Three to five years of experience in human resources, benefits administration, recruiting, compensation, and organizational development
· Knowledge of regulatory compliance issues, requirements, and employment laws
· Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
