Director of Institutional Research

Barton Community College is seeking applications for Director of Institutional Research.  This position has primary responsibility of providing leadership and motivation to accomplish the College’s overall planning efforts through the implementation of the College’s strategic goals, objectives and actions. Also, to provide the technological institutional research infrastructure to support the Learning, Organizational Culture, Knowledge Management and Planning and Decision Making systems of the college.   Two to five years of related director-level experience; experience or training in the collection, analysis, and presentation of research data, with excellent applied research skills.   A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
