Human Resources Manager

Grisell Memorial Hospital in Ransom, Kansas, is currently accepting applications for a Full Time Human Resources Manager.

This position is responsible for the following:
* Benefits administration including enrollment, documentation and employee changes
* Payroll administration including new employee set up, status changes, bi-weekly payroll -as well as payroll administration of retirement savings plan and flexible spending
* Employee recruitment, screening, hiring and orientation
* Administration of temporary staffing
* Ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal laws and maintenance of supporting documentation
* Maintains and updates employee files
* Maintains a thorough understanding of all company benefit plans, policies and procedures
* Other duties as assigned

Experience
Two years' experience in payroll and benefit administration (preferred).
