We are seeking a reliable and positive lead infant/toddler teacher who loves working with children ages 2 weeks and older.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a dynamic, hands-on classroom environment that fosters creativity, social skills, and cognitive development.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that cater to the developmental needs of children ages 2 weeks to 2.5+ years.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Support children's growth through positive reinforcement, encouragement, and gentle guidance.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
- Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to continually improve our programs and make learning exciting!
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for early childhood education and a desire to inspire young minds.
- Experience in a childcare or educational setting (preferred, but not required—training will be provided!).
- Creativity, energy, and enthusiasm that helps create a fun, positive environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with children and families.
