PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER
The City of Hays is accepting applications for a Public Relations Manager. This exempt position, based out of the City Manager's Office, will be responsible for taking the City's communications and brand to the next level. This position will develop policies, best practices, and guidelines for all departments across the City. Social Media will play a large role in the job duties including researching different platforms, reviewing analytics, and overseeing policy.
ESSENTIAL
The preferred candidate for this position will have strong written & verbal communication skills, public relations or customer service experience, and ability to work outside normal work schedule (as needed). Marketing, Advertising, & Microsoft Office Experience is required.
COMPENSATION
