Via Christi Village Hays is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Business Office Manager to join our team! If you're experienced in payroll, billing, accounts receivable/payable, and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents — we want to hear from you.
Qualifications
GED or High School Diploma required
1+ year experience in long-term care business office (preferred)
Background in payroll is a must
Familiarity with billing, A/R, A/P, and census processing
Strong computer and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential info and problem-solve independently
Great interpersonal communication and customer service mindset
Key Responsibilities
Assist Business Office Manager in day-to-day functions
Process accounts receivable and census data
Manage resident trust funds
Support with admissions, discharges, and financial paperwork
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Month-end reporting, reconciliation, and documentation
Provide outstanding service to residents and families
