Long Term Care DIrector

Promote the mission, Vision and values of the organization. 
Ensure safe, effective resident care is provided to meet, at a minimum, the standard of care. 
Supports, develops and evaluates the long term care nursing/resident care services in the coordination of employee selection process, work assignments, performance evaluations and staff development for these services. 
Maintains and evaluates QA and performance improvement.
And other duties as assigned. 
Being on call is required. Typical scheduled hours are M-F 8am to 5pm.
